The location is amazing, and the cleaning staff did a great job keeping everything tidy. What I loved the most, however, was the staff! They are such wonderful people and, in my experience, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as enjoyable as possible even when I didn’t have any plans. They organize daily walking tours, family dinners, indoor games, and night outings. They genuinely make an effort to ensure everyone is having a great time. For me, it was definitely worth the money. Special shoutout to Squid and all the other team members!

the staff were really nice, warm, and welcoming. everybody at the hostel was kind. they had lots of activities for the backpackers to do in the city and every night we were offered a free meal. i was able to leave my luggage at the hostel free of cost until check-in. they also had hair dryers, free coffee, lockers, and extra blankets. i’d already had my itinerary planned, hence why i did not take part in the activities organized, but everybody seemed to enjoy them. the location is great, many stores nearby and underground stations. this was my first solo trip which i expected to be scary, but it wasn’t at all. next time i’m in london, i will definitely be staying here again.
